Cassady Law LLP is delighted to announce that Joti Dhaliwal has joined the firm as a personal injury and commercial litigation associate.

As  a personal injury lawyer, Joti has experience providing legal services to clients respecting motor vehicle accidents and slip and falls. Joti’s experience also extends to debt collection matters, contract disputes and other general commercial litigation matters.

Joti was born and raised in the Fraser Valley. Community and family have always played a large and important part in Joti’s life. Joti is an avid hiker and enjoys exploring new trails throughout British Columbia. Joti also volunteers her time with Access Pro Bono providing free legal advice to low-income clients and volunteers with the Abbotsford Community Services with their Community Connections Program.

Joti has appeared at the Provincial Court and the Supreme Court of British Columbia on various occasions.
