Representative Matters

Represented many clients in claims for compensation for injuries and losses suffered as a result of motor vehicle accidents and other wrongful acts or omissions. Obtained results reflecting the severity of the injuries and losses suffered, most often by effective negotiation but, when necessary, by proceeding to trial.

Represented many business and individual clients in contractual and other commercial disputes by ensuring clients’ rights are upheld and that justice prevails, while at the same time minimizing inconvenience and expense.
