Biography
Joti Dhaliwal joined Cassady in March 2018 as a litigation associate. She has extensive experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in motor vehicle accident disputes. Joti also represents clients in debt collections matters, contract disputes, builders liens claims and family law disputes.

Joti Dhaliwal joined Cassady in March 2018 as a litigation associate. She has extensive experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in motor vehicle accident disputes. Joti also represents clients in debt collections matters, contract disputes, builders liens claims and family law disputes.
Joti was born and raised in the Fraser Valley. She moved to Vancouver to complete her undergraduate studies at the University of British Columbia and later to the UK for law school. She is fluent in English and Punjabi.
Joti has appeared in the Provincial Court and Supreme Court of British Columbia and has also appeared at the BC Court of Appeal.
Outside of work, Joti enjoys travelling, yoga, hiking and spending time with her family. Joti also enjoys volunteering with various organizations such as Access Pro Bono with their telephone clinic providing legal advice to low-income clients.
Joti is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, New Westminster Bar Association, and the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia.
