Karla is a Senior Paralegal working with the Business Law team at Cassady in the areas of commercial real estate, commercial lending and commercial transactions including business sales and purchases, dividends, redemptions and retractions, dissolutions, alterations and corporate tax reorganizations.

She graduated from the Paralegal program at Capilano University and had more than 30 years of legal experience before joining Cassady. Karla has worked in various areas of law including real estate, corporate, commercial, civil litigations, family law, administrative law and wills and estates.

Outside of the office Karla enjoys yoga, swimming, travelling and spending time with her family.
